1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.moyagi.com (the "Website") and any reservation, booking, event or purchase you make with Moyagi. By making a reservation or using the Website you accept these Terms.
The contracting party depends on the venue:
- Stockholm: Moyagi Shiro AB, reg. no. 559206-5717, Brunkebergstorg 3, 111 51 Stockholm, Sweden.
- London: Moyagi Okoku Ltd, company no. 14717835, 5 Cavendish Place, London W1G 0QA, United Kingdom.

2. RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
2.1 Reservations are made through our booking partner SevenRooms. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us (and, where a deposit applies, once payment is received).
2.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including the number of guests, date, time and any dietary or accessibility notes.
2.3 We may decline or cancel a reservation where a venue is unavailable, where these Terms are breached, or for reasons of safety or capacity.
3. PRICES, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT
3.1 Prices are shown in GBP (£) for the London venue and SEK (kr) for the Stockholm venue, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Karaoke room bookings are charged per person at the price shown at the time of booking. Larger groups and events may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure the booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
3.3 Final charges (food, drinks, extras) are settled at the venue or per your event agreement.
4. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND NO-SHOWS
4.1 You may change or cancel a reservation up to 72 hours before the booking time at no charge. Bookings cancelled outside this 72-hour window are refunded automatically via SevenRooms.
4.2 Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking time, or no-shows, are charged the full booking amount.
4.3 For corporate and large-group events, separate cancellation terms set out in your event agreement apply.
4.4 If we have to cancel your booking, we will offer a rebooking or a refund of any deposit paid.
5. AGE POLICY AND ADMISSION
5.1 Our venues serve alcohol. The minimum age for entry is 21, and we operate a Challenge 25 / valid-ID policy. We may refuse admission or service without valid ID.
5.2 We may refuse admission to, or remove, any guest for intoxication, disorderly or abusive conduct, or unlawful behaviour, with no refund. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, threatening or violent behaviour.
6. CONDUCT AND VENUE RULES
You agree to follow venue staff instructions and house rules, to treat staff and other guests with respect, and not to bring prohibited items. You are responsible for any damage you or your party cause.
7. GIFT CARDS, MEMBERSHIP AND PROMOTIONS
Any gift cards, membership benefits or promotions are subject to their own specific terms, communicated at the time of purchase or sign-up.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website (text, images, branding, logos) is owned by or licensed to Moyagi and may not be used without our permission. The downloading, copying, scraping or reproduction of the Website or any part of it is expressly prohibited unless carried out by, or on behalf of, Moyagi.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
9.2 Subject to 9.1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
9.3 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, power or network outages, pandemic or epidemic, strikes, or government action.
9.4 We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or behaviour of other guests at the venue.
10. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK or Swedish law.
11. PRIVACY
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1 Bookings at the Stockholm venue and use of the Website are governed by Swedish law, with disputes subject to the Swedish courts.
12.2 Bookings at the London venue are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Website at the time of your booking applies.
