cookie POLICY
Last updated: 15 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Moyagi Shiro AB (reg. no. 559206-5717, Sweden) and Moyagi Okoku Ltd (company no. 14717835, United Kingdom) ("Moyagi", "we", "us") use cookies and similar technologies on www.moyagi.com (the "Website"), covering both our Stockholm and London venues. It applies to all visitors and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. WHAT IS A COOKIE?
A cookie is a small piece of data stored in your browser or device when you visit a website. Cookies let us recognise your device, enable certain features, and understand how the Website is used. Similar technologies — such as pixels, tags and web beacons (used by our advertising and analytics partners) and local storage — perform comparable functions. In this policy we use "cookies" to mean all of these.Cookies may be first-party (set by us / moyagi.com) or third-party (set by our partners). They may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them).
2. WHICH CATEGORIES OF COOKIES DO WE USE?
We group cookies into the four standard consent categories used by our consent banner:
- Necessary — required for the Website to function (security, load balancing, remembering your consent choice). These do not require consent.
- Preferences — remember choices such as language or region.
- Statistics — help us understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Triple Whale).
- Marketing — used to deliver and measure relevant advertising and to recognise you across sites (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
We also use our booking partner SevenRooms for reservations and our payment processor Stripe; these may set cookies when you book or pay. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of partners and international-transfer safeguards.

4. HOW WE OBTAIN AND RESPECT YOUR CONSENT
When you first visit the Website, a Cookiebot consent banner appears. Necessary cookies are always active; all Preferences, Statistics and Marketing cookies are set only after you give consent. We use Google Consent Mode v2: before any tags load, consent defaults to denied, and our tag manager (Google Tag Manager) only allows statistics and marketing tags to fire once you have accepted the relevant category. This means our advertising and analytics partners receive your data only with your consent.
5. HOW TO CONTROL OR WITHDRAW CONSENT
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:
- Click the cookie/consent icon or "Change your consent" link in the footer of the Website to reopen the Cookiebot banner.
- Or adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Note that removing cookies may delete your saved preferences, and blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the Website working.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out while consent was active.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
The placing of non-necessary cookies and the related processing of your personal data is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. For your full data-protection rights and how to exercise them, and for details of the supervisory authorities (IMY in Sweden, ICO in the UK), please see our Privacy Policy.
